Your first class at La Bulle
What should I wear?
Wear clothes you are confortable in and that allow for movement. A top with a fitted waist or which can be tightened at the waist is a good idea for inverted poses.
Yoga is generally practiced barefoot. You may also want to bring a long-sleeved shirt for the meditation part of the class.
Should I eat first?
As for any sport, it is best to practice on an empty stomach (at least 1h after a meal). Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the class.
What should I bring?
You can bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise the studio will provide you with one. All other accessories (yoga blocks, straps, etc.) are available in the studios.
Tell the teach about any injury or relevant health issue, so that he/she can help you adapt the poses accordingly.
Get there on time
Plan to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the class. In order not to disrupt the students, late comers are unfortunately not admitted in class.
Book in advance
Plan to book your class advance, it's the only way to make sure you'll get a spot and avoid an unessecary... if there are none left! You can book online (recommended), on our site or directly on Mindbody, or you can contact us directly.
